These Terms of Use (“Terms”) were last updated on 11 th January 2025.
Please review these Terms carefully as they serve as an enforceable Contract between Protecon and User (s)
and contain important information about your legal rights, remedies and obligations for use of our Website.
“User” here implies anyone accessing the Protecon Website and / or purchasing any Service or Product on the
Website.
1.0 Usage
You will need an account for purchase of any Services and / or Product on our Website. When setting up
and maintaining your account, you must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete
information, as required on the Website. You have complete responsibility for your account and everything
that happens on your account, including for any harm or damage (to us or anyone else) caused by someone
using your account without your permission. Therefore. please keep your password somewhere safe.
It is to be noted by all the Users that the access to their respective accounts with Protecon should be
confined to themselves. Sharing of password with an unauthorised person, making your account public,
selling out the contents and / or putting it up on public platform or any duplicity shall attract a strict action
against you, which may also result in suspension of your account and penalties.
While using the Protecon website or speaking to our Representatives, Users are expected to comply with
the following terms:
1. Users shall treat our Representatives in a respectful manner.
2. Users shall not use any language that could be offensive, harmful, hurtful, defamatory and / or
derogatory in any manner.
3. Users shall not make any racist, offensive, obnoxious, derogatory, harmful and / or offensive comments.
If you are found to be violating any of these terms, strict action shall be taken which may also result in
suspension of your account and penalties.
2.0 Payment Terms and Conditions
By providing Protecon with your payment information while purchasing any of our Services or Products on
our Website, you hereby agree to these Payment Terms and Conditions.
1. In order to purchase any Services or Products offered by us, you must have appropriate Internet access
and a current valid accepted payment method as indicated during sign-up process (“Payment Method”).
You also agree that Protecon and / or its third-party payment provider can store and access your
payment information. You will ensure payment of all the applicable Fees for the Services or Products
you purchase through Protecon, as they become due, whether on a one-time or instalment basis as
purchased.
2. When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorised payment method.
3. You accept that the Fees may vary based on your location, the type of Payment Method used, where
your Payment Method was issued and / or other contractual arrangements. Protecon does not support
all payment methods, currencies or locations for payment and may vary such offerings from time to
time.
4. Additionally, you understand and agree that not all promotions, discounts and pricing (“Deals”) are
available to all the Users and that specific additional terms and conditions may apply to certain
promotional programs, discounts, pricing or geographic locations.
5. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to be bound by the “Terms of Use” of the third party(ies)
involved in the payment process.
6. These Terms can be updated by Protecon from time to time without any prior notice and thus, it will be
the User’s responsibility to visit these Terms before initiating the payment.
7. In case of any dispute between you (User) and Protecon or other third parties involved in the payment
process; the final decision will be at Protecon’s discretion.
You are responsible for any duties, custom fees, taxes and related penalties, fines, audits, interest and
back-payments relating to your purchase of the Services, including but not limited to national, state or local
sales taxes, use taxes, value-added taxes (VAT) and goods and services taxes (GST) (collectively, “Taxes”).
Unless otherwise stated, our pricing policies do not include and are not discounted or enhanced for any
such Taxes. If we become obligated to collect or pay Taxes in connection with your purchase of the
Services, those Taxes will be invoiced to you as part of a billing process or collected at the time of purchase.
In certain states, countries and territories, we may determine if your purchase of Services is subject to
certain Taxes, and if so, may collect such Taxes and remit them to the appropriate taxing authority. If you
believe that a given Tax does not apply or that some amount must be withheld from payments to us, you
must promptly provide the accurate Information, so that any such compliance can be actioned by Protecon.
3.0 Refund, Cancellation and Transferability Policy
Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, you are indeed displeased with
the services provided, we will refund the money as per the terms and conditions mentioned
herein, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Before paying for
any Service or Product, please read the details and fine prints for each Service, Product and
/ or Deals associated with the same. Please note that the total amount paid for any Services
or Products consists of Tuition fee and processing fee (taxes and payment charges).
Any Refund requested shall be as per the terms of the respective Service, Product or Deals
and shall be paid within the timeline provided by Protecon. Only the percentage of amount
as permitted by the policy shall be refunded. Please note no User shall be entitled for 100%
refund after the purchase of the courses unless specifically mentioned.
Recorded / Online Classes
In the case of Recorded / Online courses, if the User wants to cancel his / her subscription and
applies for a refund without completing 1st module then the full amount shall be refunded if
the subscription is canceled. However, if the candidate has completed the 1st Module, then
there shall be no refund entitlement.
Live Courses
In case of Live Courses, the User can apply for the cancellation and refund after attending 2
sessions, in which case 100% of the amount paid shall be refunded to you. If you apply for a
refund after the 3rd or 4th sessions, 25% of the amount paid shall be deducted and the
balance will be refunded to you. However, no refund requests shall be entertained from any
User after attending the 4th session. Further, the rights to a user account and paid Services
or Products cannot be transferred or assigned to another account/person/entity, whether
by sharing, operation of law or otherwise whatsoever. Any requests to share account rights,
purchased Services or Products or any other privileges granted to the User will not be
considered.

Offline Classes
In case of Offline Courses, the same terms as for Live Courses shall be applicable.
We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method,
at our discretion, depending on our payment service providers and other factors. However, please note
that once the refund process is initiated, it may take 7-15 working days to reflect the amount in User’s
account (as per original payment method).
In case of any disputes on refunds and cancellations, the final decision will be at the discretion of Protecon.
4.0 Proprietary Rights
All the Services or Products on our Website are owned and / or provided by Protecon. The names, logos,
trademarks, trade address, arrangements, visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information,
data, products, software, services, and all other elements of the Services and Products (“Materials”) that
we provide are protected by intellectual property and other laws. All Materials included in the Services and
Products are the property of Protecon or sometimes of its third-party licensors. You may only use the
Services and Products as expressly authorised by us and as set forth in these Terms. You shall abide by and
maintain all intellectual property notices, information and restrictions contained in the Services and
Products. We reserve all the rights to the Services and Products not granted expressly in these Terms.
If you choose to provide inputs, comments and / or suggestions for proposed modifications or
improvements to our Services and / or Products (“Feedback”), then the same is entirely voluntary and you
hereby grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty-free right, without
any obligation to you, to utilise the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose, including to improve the
Services and / or Products and create other products and services.
Subject to your complete and ongoing compliance with these Terms and our rights therein and successful
purchase of our Services or Products, Protecon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-
sub licensable, revocable right to access and use the Services and Products for your personal, non-
commercial, educational purposes, as described in these Terms and those applicable to the respective
Services and / or Products.
5.0 Confidentiality
You may not use any confidential Information except in connection with your use of the Service or Product,
as permitted under these Terms or as separately authorised in a signed written document by us. You agree
to not disclose any confidential Information as per these Terms during or after the use of our Services and /
or Products. You will take all reasonable measures to avoid disclosure or unauthorised use of confidential
Information, including at least the measures you take to protect your own confidential information of a
similar nature, any Breach to this clause shall attract legal consequences.
6.0 Binding Agreement
You agree that by registering, accessing or using our Services or Products, you are agreeing to enter into a
legally binding contract with Protecon. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register, access or
otherwise use any of our Services or Products.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by applicable law, then that provision will
be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the
original provision and the remainder of these Terms will continue in effect.
7.0 Limitation of Liability
The Services and Products are provided by Protecon on an “as is”, “as available” and “best efforts” basis.
We provide no warranty that you will obtain specific results from use of the Services or Products and your
use of the same is entirely at your own discretion. We may make changes in our Services and Products in
the best interest of our Users and under no circumstances will Protecon be held liable for any damages due
to such changes. Also, Protecon will not be responsible for delay or failure of our performance of any of the
Services or Products caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
You accept that you will not have any recourse against us to seek damages, whatsoever, in all of these
cases.
In any case, if enforced by any Law, our overall liability to you or any third parties under any circumstance is
limited to the purchasing amount you have paid to us for the Service or Product.
