Refund, Cancellation and Transferability Policy

Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, you are indeed displeased with
the services provided, we will refund the money as per the terms and conditions mentioned
herein, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Before paying for
any Service or Product, please read the details and fine prints for each Service, Product and
/ or Deals associated with the same. Please note that the total amount paid for any Services
or Products consists of Tuition fee and processing fee (taxes and payment charges).
Any Refund requested shall be as per the terms of the respective Service, Product or Deals
and shall be paid within the timeline provided by Protecon. Only the percentage of amount
as permitted by the policy shall be refunded. Please note no User shall be entitled for 100%
refund after the purchase of the courses unless specifically mentioned.

Recorded / Online Classes

In the case of Recorded / Online courses, if the User wants to cancel his / her subscription and
applies for a refund without completing 1st module then the full amount shall be refunded if
the subscription is canceled. However, if the candidate has completed the 1st Module, then
there shall be no refund entitlement.

Live Courses

In case of Live Courses, the User can apply for the cancellation and refund after attending 2
sessions, in which case 100% of the amount paid shall be refunded to you. If you apply for a
refund after the 3rd or 4th sessions, 25% of the amount paid shall be deducted and the
balance will be refunded to you. However, no refund requests shall be entertained from any
User after attending the 4th session. Further, the rights to a user account and paid Services
or Products cannot be transferred or assigned to another account/person/entity, whether
by sharing, operation of law or otherwise whatsoever. Any requests to share account rights,
purchased Services or Products or any other privileges granted to the User will not be
considered.
